Job Description: We are looking for a Director to join our growing Health Solutions Marketing team to create and implement upon strategies that engage current health solutions clients. Fidelity Health Solutions offers Health & Benefit Accounts (Health Savings Accounts and Reimbursement Accounts), Benefit Administration, Voluntary and Wellness benefits to help employers offer a competitive benefits package to attract and retain top talent. Health Solutions is a meaningful component of Fidelity’s Workplace strategy and engaging current health solutions clients is essential in building client dedication and satisfaction. As the Director passionate about Health Solutions Client Engagement, you’ll blend business and digital marketing expertise with a passion for setting and executing on marketing strategies that informs and delights our health clients. The successful candidate will be an active member of Fidelity’s Workplace Product Marketing team, while working directly with the Health Solutions Product teams, Product Solutions and Engagement team, WI Client Engagement and Employee Marketing teams. We are looking for a curious, passionate, marketer with a strong digital background and product marketing experience that enjoys working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Your responsibilities will include creating an integrated marketing plan to help engage Health Care Clients. Strategies will reinforce the value of our offerings, provide practical insights to help clients lead their Fidelity health solutions, inform clients about product roadmaps and improvements and coordinate, and connect health initiatives with the broader WI client strategy. This role is part of the Product Marketing organization within Workplace Investing.
