The Director of Client Services provides strategic direction, leadership and coordination of the professional and student employees in the Client Services Department of Information Technology Services. Specific responsibilities include: the performance management, planning, scheduling, and coordinating for the professional staff; providing campus wide communications on behalf of ITS regarding technical information; providing oversight of the campus ITS helpdesk, ITS training, customer service initiatives, library commons services, student support services and student printing services; planning & directing activities as it relates to revenue generating services such as computer repair, cellular phone service and repair; budget planning for the department; and assisting with ITS project management and organizational change.
