We have an In-home department that has flexibility of hours during the week and offers opportunities to have weekends off. The Direct Support Professional's (DSp) role is to ensure that the daily needs of each client are met through teaching, counseling, advising, and providing a positive role model in a manner which enables the greatest degree of independence possible in their activities of daily living. Duties may include: assisting with and encourage independence in activities of daily living to include personal hygiene, development of personal responsibility, basic health care, appropriate social skills, transportation to activities, housekeeping and medication administration. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 year of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Must meet physical requirements (lifting/repositioning clients, pushing, or pulling), with or without physical accommodations.
