Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the S.A.L.E.S process and by mystery shop standards.
Execute the goals set forth by store management.
Achieve and maintain proper standards for all assigned departments. Examples include, merchandise presentation, managing outs, and ensuring endcaps are stocked and timely.
Work as part of a team to ensure proper sales floor coverage to ensure outstanding customer service.
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Aid customers in locating merchandise in store, on acehardware.com, as well as, processing special orders.
Daily accountability of cash drawers, safe funds and building security.

Schedule: Able to work all shifts to ensure excellent customer service. This will include working every other weekend.
Experience: Sales & marketing experience with retail programs, establishing relationships and working with customers
Previous retail experience, preferrably 1-3 yrs.
Knowledge of retail computer systems, email, MS Word and Excel a plus.
A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
