Summary:
Key Requirements:The Demonstrator first and foremost is responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He/She will sample products and interact with guests for the purpose of generating sales and educating the consumer. This individual must be sales oriented, as well as goal oriented. He/She must be outgoing and able to communicate effectively and enthusiastically with the public through intra personal skills.

• When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
  
• Thoroughly learn products prior to demo
  
• Always relate to the guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  
• Set up and maintain demo area presenting products attractively and enthusiastically provide guests with information on products
  
• Strive to reach personal and departmental sales goals as required
  
• Promote the featured product as well as companion sales
  
• Have a working knowledge of appliances and basic cooking techniques
  
• Willing to continue education with regard to new products, techniques and safety
  
• Complete paperwork correctly accurately as required by departments
  
• Other duties as assigned by management
  

• Retail Experience preferred
  
• Basic cooking and selling skills required
  
• Flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
  
• Perform all other physical aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking
  
• Must be able to work at a fast, efficient and controlled manner
  
• Must maintain a current Food Safety Certification
  
• Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
  
• Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
