Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level leveraged finance associate for our Mountain View (Silicon Valley) or San Francisco offices. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of leveraged/banking finance experience, or three to six years of transactional experience with an 18-month or two-year rotation through a leveraged finance group. This position will be part of our larger Corporate group and growing leveraged finance practice.

Job Description:

The successful candidate can expect to work on a wide variety of debt and finance transactions; if desired, the candidate could also devote a portion of their time to working in our premier M&A practice. Possible opportunity for an experienced debt attorney to join us on either a full or part-time basis. In addition, this position could be either partnership track or, if desired, a non-partnership track position. CA bar preferred but not required. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills a must. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive.
