Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is presently seeking an established, experienced Day Care Provider to operate an in-home day care. Achieve will provide a residence in the Liberty area where the Day Care Provider could operate this business and care for up to 12 children at a given time.

Day Care Provider Qualifications:

• Current license with NYS to provide day care services
• Experience with children of all ages
• Flexible schedules
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules
• Ability to use critical thinking and identify innovative solutions to problems
