Work you'll do

  • Support clients with data protection, IoT, and overarching cloud capabilities

  • Utilize subject matter expertise of existing and emerging technologies to assist the Technology lead for Cybersecurity, specifically IAM capabilities
  • Study architecture platforms and identify integration issues
  • Develop system security, vulnerability analyses and risk assessments
  • Research information security standards
  • Lead with the system security planning and delivery of solutions and determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements
  • Enable and manage the Agile methodology with a focus on Scrum framework

Qualifications

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  • 8+ years of experience in a range of architecture, development and implementation IAM management activities

  • 2+ years of experience reading, editing, or writing code, with scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, and/or Bash and programming experience in Java, C#, C++, and/or other relevant languages
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in the DoD or Federal Health arena, either as a software developer or with systems integration
  • One of the following certifications: CISSP, CCSP, and/or COMPTIA certifications (such as Network+ and/or Security +)
  • This position is remote but some travel up to 15% may be required



Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project Plan, Access, and SharePoint, and experience with tools such as JIRA
  • Familiarity with development, testing, and documenting APIs using REST
  • Experience incorporating the Agile methodology with a focus on Scrum framework
  • Experience using flowcharts and diagrams to show a sequence of system operations
  • Experience carrying out advanced application integration with the IAM solution and dealing with advanced provisioning (e.g., multilevel workflows), single sign-on, and PKI concepts



For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $84,910 to $190,450.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
