Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are part of an experienced team of compliance and SaaS business application specialists. In this role, you will establish productive and trusted relationships with our customers and through your support and guidance, help ensure that their compliance programs are successful.


You'll be working on:

  • Actively managing the client relationship and the lifetime value of each assigned account by helping clients realize the economic value of their subscriptions in order to preserve and grow revenue
  • Understanding client goals and ensure the quality of product configuration during client onboarding
  • Building confidence and trust with Clients using project management methodologies and deliverables such as client-facing reports, weekly status meetings, and milestone plans
  • Ongoing renewal management of owned accounts to enable Assent to meet renewal targets
  • Identifying and mitigating client risk, as well as finding opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product while working with internal and external stakeholders to present solutions to client puzzles

Join us if:

  • You have 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS account management or customer success experience - or equivalent industry experience
  • You have a University, College and/or Post Graduate degree/diploma related to Business Administration, International Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, or equivalent working experience
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English - you communicate clearly, concisely and with tact
  • You are diligent and detail-oriented- you pay high attention to detail and you double-check everything
  • You have an insatiable thirst for knowledge - you are motivated to learn and keep yourself up-to-date with regards to changing regulations
  • You anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of others and are always thinking about how you can best support them
  • You are highly organized with the ability to multi-task and to both finish short-term projects and to manage ongoing long-term strategies
