Position overview: The Customer Service Representative position involves resolving customer issues regarding the installation and troubleshooting of our mobile communication products via inbound telephone calls. No outbound calls! We will provide all required training in order for you to be successful on the job. Position is seasonal for a period of up to 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on company need and job performance. Position will be a remote work from home position. All needed equipment including a computer will be provided. Must be located in the state of Utah (or within 50 miles from St. George, Utah if you are a Nevada or Arizona resident). Schedule is Monday through Friday roughly 7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, or 9 am to 6 pm MST (some flexibility on hours is available).
