Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting patients with the setup of their account, sales, ordering replacement parts, and customer service including any problems or complaints along with gathering and imputing data required by one insurance company for billing processes. Required Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, friendly, patient, kind, and understanding of patients' needs and questions. Computer skills are a must, very good communication skills along with a drive to succeed. A High School diploma or equivalent is needed. **Sales experience and medical industry knowledge are highly desired. The customers/patients do not come to our location, all contact is via the phone and email. The office staff is small and all are vaccinated. The successful candidate will have their own front/reception office.
