If so, here is good news for you! Auto Glass Now is currently seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. This is a Full-Time opportunity where you can showcase your communication skills and join our growing team!
The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a positive, determined attitude throughout the workday.Responsibilities:

• 
  Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices re: work on customer vehicles
• Answer phones and return customer calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist Manager with daily parts returns
• Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
• Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year experience in a call center/ phones
• At least 1+ year experience in retail/sales, or other customer service environment (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient
• High School Diploma (or GED required)
• Team Player
• Bilingual (requested but not required)
