Customer Insights Analyst

- Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel)
- Strong math / analytic skills including strong working knowledge of analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Quick study and navigation skills across technologies and work flows
- Continuous improvement focus on data flows and analysis
- Familiarity with Survey management, methodology, and tools (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, MS Forms, etc.)
