TITLE: Customer Care Representative/Payroll LOCATION: Allentown, PA Do you have Payroll experience and like working with customers? NCR is looking for Payroll professionals who focus on providing a high-quality service experience for our clients; resulting in long-term satisfaction and retention. Our team is comprised of highly experienced payroll and HCM services professionals working with state-of-the-art technologies to serve our clients. Responsibilities · Deliver service excellence · Process and support client payroll activities through subject matter expertise with current federal, state and local payroll requirements for assigned client portfolio · Provide consultative Payroll practice recommendations to client partners based on client specific needs · Conduct customer training as necessary to ensure clients are self-sufficient in · Maintain up-to-date and be conversant with regulatory legislation, processing and platform knowledge via recurrent training, self-guided and structured training/studies related to Payroll topics such as tax withholding, deferred compensation contributions, court orders, etc. · Manage workload, client relationship and account management efficiently and effectively · Participate in projects as needed to develop and implement improvements to · Undertake other duties as required by the Team Leadership · Maintain quality and accuracy expectations in support of payroll production processes · Provide flexibility and work with Team Leadership to ensure effective management of departmental workloads and client needs regarding staffing resources within the team · Collaborate with team members regarding client needs, peer-to-peer coaching and development and problem resolution/root cause analysis Experience/Skills · 2-5 years in a prior customer servicing role preferred w/ proven customer service and relationship building skills required · 2+ years of payroll experience preferred · Highly organized with an attention to detail including effective time and activity management skills · Excellent desktop systems literacy with strong knowledge of MS Office products · Ability to work in a paperless electronic environment · Ability to work independently and in a team environment · Capacity to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency · Strong work ethic w/ a professional and self-confident approach · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Positive, energetic attitude and great with customers Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
