Harr Motor Group is seeking Customer Care Representatives to join our Business Development Sales Department. We are offering full time positions, up to 40 hours, flexible schedule is available. Qualified candidates should have some experience in customer service. A call center type atmosphere is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Make 15 calls per hour for customer follow up.

Book appointments for the sales department daily.

Help customers navigate through the online sales process

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Take accurate and thorough notes in CRM.

Promptly respond to Internet leads within 15 minutes or less.

Accurately record vehicle and customer data in CRM.

Answer customers emails in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
