Global Concepts Charter High School is seeking a Culinary Arts Instructor for the 2021-2022 School Year. Encourage a fun and interactive learning environment in which the culinary students will have both academic lectures and hands-on learning, are encouraged to asks questions and be encouraged to stay involved. This instructor needs to have an interest in food preparation and the components of the food that provide nutrition. A strong understanding of classical and contemporary cuisine, and demonstrate thorough and accurate knowledge of the field and share that with the students. Responsible for modifying and adjusting the instruction as needed to meet the needs of all students and responsible for staying active within the school and promote any culinary activities and events.
