Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in person, developing new business relationships, processing orders, and assisting customers via the phone
• Follow up with customers regarding updates on their orders
• Warmly welcoming customers and supplying them with products they need to complete their projects
• Establishing new business relationships, processing orders, and providing customers with reliable information on the phone and in person
• Determine customer requirements to recommend our full line of building material products
• Ensure a positive experience for all of our customers using a friendly demeanor
• Continuously be conscious of hitting sales goals and margins

Job specifications of a Counter Sales Representative:

• Knowledge of building supplies, equipment, and the construction industry
• Great interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Relationship management
• Ability to receive constructive feedback
