JOB SUMMARY:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues within conveyor systems and other warehouse machinery. Able to work on a team to safely complete assigned projects and provide clear communication to management on the status of deliverables.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Daily maintenance of conveyor systems.
  • Daily maintenance of MHE batteries and battery station- Including watering and up keep.
  • Provide support for general housekeeping, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance of fire extinguishers, dock door, dock levelers, and other miscellaneous general warehouse equipment.
  • Work with maintenance staff to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a working knowledge of conveyor systems, capable of troubleshooting and repairing all components.
  • Must be forklift certified, with a working knowledge of batter changing/watering requirements.
  • Must be mechanically inclined, with the ability to fix basic repairs throughout the facility.
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion - walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing - must be able to lift 65 lbs minimum
