- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with strong analytical and organizational skills and a strong client presence.

Strategic Planning and Implementation experience.
Performance Improvement experience such as Baldrige, CMMI, Six Sigma.
Organization and Team Building experience
Project Management skills and implementation experience.
- Process documentation and improvement experience.
- Must have excellent computer skills and an ability to integrate multiple applications of the Microsoft suite of products (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio).
