The main duties and responsibilities may to assist/support manager on inquiries, request for proposals or placement, or as needed, following-up with clients to ensure they were satisfied with the service received, reacts to approaching client calls regarding administration questions, and general client concerns, provides clients with product knowledge and technical assistance, create and maintain positive relationships with customers, obtain accurate job specifications from customers, update client data in the client support information base during and after each call and executes administrative duties as assigned
Client service experience or related field preferred, not required
Must have a high school diploma or equal.
Highly organized, ambitious individual with the willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written conversation skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Capacity to work without management and interpersonal skills
