The candidate will partner with the security team, program, and government customers to perform as the Cybersecurity Manager and Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for the Cybersecurity team located at the Lockheed Martin Boulder facility.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.
  • Oversee technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Ensure auditing of the IS is accomplished.
  • Ensure the compliance actions are documented within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.
  • Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.
  • Ensure configuration management (CM) for security-relevant IS software, hardware, and firmware is maintained and documented in accordance with baseline.
  • Ensure all information system security-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals.
  • Ensure the team records all maintenance actions for workstations, software, servers, routers, firewalls, network switches, telephony equipment, etc. throughout the information system's life cycle.
  • Lead and manage a team of Cyber Security professionals in the security maintenance and upkeep of several networks and programs.
  • Train and mentor up-and-coming cyber team members.

A final Top Secret clearance is required for the position to start. SCI eligibility and a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph will be required to fulfill the duties of the position.

This is a senior level position. Candidate will typically have 15+ years of experience.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Top Secret clearance with the ability obtain SCI eligibility and a CI Poly.
  • Experience running a Cybersecurity program across large enterprise programs
  • Expert knowledge of Cybersecurity requirements and the Risk Management Framework in DCSA DAAPM 2.2 environments
  • Hands on experience leading large teams of Cybersecurity professionals
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with senior and program leadership (written and oral)
  • Have and maintain a DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification
Desired Skills:
  • Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an Enterprise level
  • Have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline and 15 years of relevant work experience or a Masters Degree and 13 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with eMASS/Xacta
  • Experience with Splunk/Nessus/Nmap/SCAP
  • Develop and maintain detailed program support documentation
  • Develop and maintain a budget to include support business development efforts (develop Basis of Estimates for project labor cost)
