ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Hours per day: 5.0
This position qualifies for benefits. The District will pay a prorated portion of the benefit premium.
After 30 days of employment, this position offers a stipend of $225 per month which the employee may use to offset the cost of benefit premiums.

Applicants must be able to obtain Boise City Child Care License, CPR and First Aid Certifications. CPR and First Aid classes will be provided.
Must be flexible to work before and/or after school Monday through Friday, no weekends or night shifts;

We offer a $100.00 hiring bonus for new hires who come to us with a current Boise City Child Care Provider License

Benefits Information:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred.
  • Course work in child development preferred.
  • Knowledge of developmental needs of school-age children.
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred.
  • Ability to implement age-appropriate curriculum and completing other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions.
  • Ability to successfully communicate in written and verbal form with a variety of individuals.
  • Ability to develop cooperative working relations with co-workers.
  • Licensing requirements before beginning employment
  • Background check and fingerprinting required as per city license.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-time position of 25 hours per week.
To qualify: must be available before and after school hours:
7am - 9:15am and 3pm - 6pm; Monday through Friday
