Cabell Health Care Center is seeking an Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our Culloden, WV location.
Cabell Health Care Center joined the AMFM Family July 1, 2014 and is a 90 person care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation to home, and long-term care services. Position Summary for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant):

• To provide direct patient care to patients, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report patient needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
• Complete documentation accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Assure patients are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment, and transportation.
• Respect the dignity and privacy or individuals are all times.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Present a positive image and accept the need for changes, be flexible, and demonstrate the enthusiasm toward enhancement
  

Education/Requirements:

• The Registered Long Term Care Nursing Assistant must have completed an approved nursing assistant program and must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire a CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
