Job Description:

  • Manage front and back of the house day to day catering procedures
  • Oversee delivery, setup, operation, and break down of catering events
  • Guide staff with event planning, training and executing events
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests and clients
  • Possess top organizational skills, detail oriented, and customer focused
  • Take inventory for catering equipment, supplies and keep all catering items in top condition
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, some weekends

Job Requirements:

  • 2 or 4 year Degree in business, culinary, or hospitality management
  • 4+ years' work experience in hotel, conference centers or a private club
  • Oral and written skills enabling effective communication with regards to presentations
  • Prior experience with CATERTRAX a plus
