Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage database-related activity associated with player tracking system, Hotel and other sources of data accumulated.
  • Develop and implement direct mail and telemarketing programs.
  • Provide direction to various agencies involved with production of direct mail. (i.e., advertising creative, mail house, printers).
  • Analyze database trends, gaming and lifestyle and demographic information.
  • Track usage and analyze results to prepare slot and table game analysis reports.
  • Identify database prospecting opportunities.
  • Utilize database and mapping software; develop AS400 query designs.
  • Use gaming revenue tracking systems for events and promotions. (i.e. Swipe system)
  • Establish and maintain a budget for database marketing functions and programs.
  • Evaluate player program prospects and respondents using the ACSC system; provide recommendations to maximize potential profits.
  • Oversee and maintain customer database security; act as liaison with IT.
  • Provide database support for all promotions and special events as required.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions:

  • Other assignments as needed; i.e., Corporate, General Manager, Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: Minimum of two years database marketing in the gaming industry or as a database manager in another field.
  • Education Required: Degree in Marketing or Computer Science with proven knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Knowledge of how to write AS400 queries, ACSC player tracking system or related player tracking system knowledge, database and mapping software (i.e., FoxPro, Access, Map Info, Claritas, etc.), understand trends and analysis and able to provide recommendations.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Must be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License Level - 2.
