The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting customers upon arrival.

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
• Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include, but are not limited, to the following;

• Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
• Pleasant and professional phone manners
• Attention to detail and administrative filing Ability to lift up to 10lbs
