Job Description:

We are seeking an automotive customer service representative to join our team! As part of our auto parts customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter Pick-A-Part. Our customer service professionals are the face of Pick-A-Part and provide the friendly, caring, and positive experience that turns customers into family!

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with information about our car parts and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries.
Perform retail functions within the store environment, as needed
Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
Work retail store hours, including weekends and some holidays.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Cash Handling experience.
• Must have reliable means of reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to all weather conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Communication skills to be able to deal with a wide range of customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently within a safe and efficient manner as well as follow safety policies and procedures.
