Always Best Care Senior Services is an in-home, non-medical care agency that services the Solano County Area! We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable, warm-hearted caregivers who want to work with the senior population.

Our job has levels of caregiving:

• Level one: light housekeeping, medication reminders, answering phones, transportation, general assistance, etc.
• Level two: standby and hands-on assistance with client incontinence care and/or bathing, bed-baths, client transfers, etc.
• Level three: non-medical hospice care, full-assistance with transfers, incontinence care, bathing, feeding, etc.

Whether you're in school, just graduated, or a seasoned HCA, all levels of caregiving experience are welcome to apply! We offer a variety of shifts, from weekdays, weekends, nights, mornings, and everything in between! Our shifts range from four hours to twelve hours, and we will work with YOUR schedule to find the times that best work for you!

Job Requirements

In order to work with Always Best Care, you must be able to occasionally drive your clients to/ from important appointments (which requires a driver's license, car insurance/ registration, and reliable transportation); at least three months of hands on experience caring for someone (either professionally or personally) who needs assistance with incontinence care, and a registered HCA number. (We can help with that!)
