Cardiac/ Telemetry Monitoring Technician. MUST be able to read EKG Strips and notify nurse/Dr of any abnormalites and in rhythm. EKG or Cardiac Certification is idea. Multiple shifts available including part time.
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Successful completion of Rhythm Recognition course-preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year technical experience
- Previous direct Telemetry Technician or EKG Technician experience is required
- Basic analytical skills in order to recognize abnormal heart rhythms or artifact in test data and to notify appropriate personnel
- Ability to operate cardiac monitors, and take EKG on patients
