We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager that has the technical knowledge and a personable demeanor. We are looking to expand our sales efforts and need a candidate to help provide support for our day-to-day operations and have technical and commercial conversations with customers in the agricultural markets including irrigation dealers, waterworks distributors, irrigation districts, flood control districts and grower cooperatives. Candidate will need to have the basic mechanical aptitude to work efficiently in this market.
The Regional Sales Manager creates and executes on a growth strategy for their region. The RSM utilizes value selling, relationship building and channel management to identify, influence and close opportunities.

Qualifications:
College education or equivalent experience
2 years customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
BS in Agriculture Science, Engineering, Marketing or relative field
Familiarity in agriculture, water treatment, water delivery and industrial applications preferred
Minimum experience required of the position.
STEM-oriented education
Experience in Manufacturing or Technical Sales
Candidate must have basic knowledge of manufacturing
Candidate must pass Drug Test
Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
Basic Computer Knowledge
Self Starter and a Quick Learner
Preferred:
2 years experience
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position.
