About the Job:
As a member of the BPM team you will help define, establish, and evolve our capacities. You will be tasked in creating innovative solutions that advance our clients businesses. You’ll join a strong and inspiring team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high-quality software and new products. You’ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Drive the standardization and optimization of our operating practices and business processes through cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Develop creative and innovative ways to improve and optimize business processes that also meet necessary quality controls; this includes evaluating existing processes, identifying improvement areas and recommendations, creating documentation standards and assisting with implementation
- Proactively work with client teams to incorporate into appropriate tools, communication vehicles and curriculums
- Assist with driving change management
- Reduce process errors and improve productivity
What You’ll Bring with You:
- 4 years of experience with Information Technology and exposure to technology development projects and the full technology development lifecycle
- 3 years of working experience with business process management (BPM) software like Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite, jBPM, or business rules software like Red Hat JBoss BRMS, Drools.
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
