Business Office Associate Capital Region Orthopaedics, a fast paced 40+ physician practice is seeking qualified candidates for a position in our Business Office. The position will be a combination of the following: 1. Posting manual & electronic insurance payments. 2. Research claims & denials to obtain timely payment. 3. Daily correspondence with patients & insurance companies. 4. Posting of EOBs 5. Other ancillary office tasks as required. Successful candidates must have 2+ years’ experience in a medical billing office. Candidates should have a strong understanding of medical terminology, as well as the ability to multi-task, perform accurate arithmetical functions, be detail oriented and highly organized with excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates that have orthopaedic experience and 1+ years coding experience The position will be Full Time – Days – Monday through Friday.
