Job Description

Currently seeking a full time, high energy, self-motivated individual for an open position as a Business Development Representative to work in connection with the Director of Marketing, and Founder to develop and implement an effective outreach plan for the Substance abuse community. Individual will be responsible for creating new business relationships with various treatment centers, hospitals, and urgent care facilities.

• Minimum 2 years of Sales/outreach experience
• Time Management skills
• Organization skills
• Documentation skills are a MUST
• Teamwork skills
• Working Knowledge of computers and other technologies

• Knowledge of local substance abuse community
• Knowledge of clinical practices
• 12 Core functions
• Pipeline management
• Data Entry

• Outside Sales: 2 years

• Substance Abuse: 1 year
• Certification in Substance abuse counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
