A trusted client of Valiant Search is seeking a Billing Clerk to join their Albany office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing the monthly billing cycle for Attorneys, generate invoices, update spreadsheets, and manage accounts receivable.

Key Requirements

  • Maintaining outbound collection calls on past due balances.
  • Reviewing invoices
  • Handling attorney and client inquiries.
  • Processing and posting payments, and credit card entries.
  • Prior law firm experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectivity and professionally in a deadline driven environment.

Candidates who have previous billing and collections experience along with an advanced skill set in both Microsoft Excel, and Office Suite, are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
