Trade Brewing in Napa is now looking for new Beertenders to join our Taproom Team. We’re interested in talking to self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, willing to wear many hats, and of course, people who love beer! Responsibilities: Taproom servers will be responsible for: * Greeting, interacting with, providing guidance to, and answering questions of customers * Proper pouring technique in glasses and growlers * Maintaining cleanliness of taproom and glassware * Keeping items (snacks, coasters, growlers, glassware, etc.) stocked for operation ease * Ensuring policies and liquor laws are being followed * Handling cash and processing transactions through a point of sale system * Working to properly market the taproom and Trade Brewing * Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our customers have the best possible experience with Trade Brewing. Qualifications: Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and remain calm in a bustling environment * A love for craft beer and a working knowledge of the industry * 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in alcohol/beverages * Attention to detail, cleanliness, and ability to work independently * Math skills necessary to accurately perform calculations and process payment transactions * Excellent verbal communication and skills * Flexible schedule including working nights and weekends * LEAD, TIPS or SafeServe Alcohol certified * Must be at least 21 years of age * Must be comfortable with Physical Requirements * Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift 55 lbs to shoulder height, and manage transport of 165 lb kegs * Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods $ Min. wage plus shared tips from pool Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule: Supplemental Pay: COVID-19 considerations: Experience: License/Certification: Work Location: Company's website: Company's Facebook page: Work Remotely: COVID-19 Precaution(s):
