Chick-fil-A Broad Creek Crossing is looking to hire a Back of House Team Member. Back of House up to $14.00 an hour.

Expectations/Responsibilities:

• Reliability is essential to employee performance.
• Present yourself professionally in appearance, respectful in behavior, and full of integrity.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Working together through effective communication and a willingness to serve.
• Care for and maintain food service equipment.
• Prepare food in adherence to Chick-fil-A policy and standards.
• Must obtain a food handler card.
• Have fun!

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

Job opportunities as Cook / Food Prep / Kitchen Team Member / BOH Crew Member are generally offered as full-time or part-time restaurant jobs.

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part-time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred.
