This position requires impeccable project management skills, a creative problem-solving mind, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of projects and tasks. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing channel owners and cross-functionally with the Creative team (project managers, designers, copywriters etc.), e-commerce, merchandising, in-store visual, print and other internal departments daily. You must bring excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a “no task too small” attitude. This role is perfect for an achievement-oriented person with boundless energy and a strong desire to learn.

A day at Lakeshore looks like this:

  • Assisting with project management and planning timelines for all B2B campaigns and projects including e-mails, flyers, print collateral, conference ads and ad-hoc digital projects
  • Submitting art requests in our project management system (Workfront)
  • Constructing creative briefs (doing necessary research, data gathering, looking for competitive case studies, pulling past Workfront jobs as reference, etc.)
  • Acting as a liaison with the Sales and Product Development teams to deliver campaigns and assets on time and to the requestor’s specification
  • Recommending project prioritization based on a balance of business needs, technical constraints and customer impact
  • Anticipating and addressing project needs with appropriate solutions and providing escalation management if needed
  • Driving project schedules to hit deadlines by managing day-to-day communication with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams as well as internal creative partners
  • Assisting with submission of analytics requests and gleaning insights from campaign performance data
  • Serving as point of contact for cross-functional partners to answer questions, confirm timing and campaign details
  • Scheduling meetings, taking notes during meetings and sending out recap e-mails

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or a similar role
  • Superb organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated experience managing overlapping timelines and project priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to be nimble and pivot in project direction and execution when needed
  • Experience building schedules, problem-solving issues, establishing communication plans and managing stakeholders
  • Proficiency in marketing best practices, tactics and research, specifically for the B2B marketing industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of on-time project/program delivery
  • Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Positive energy and willingness to work outside of a typical role to deliver holistic solutions to problems
  • Experience working in a project management tool (Workfront a bonus)
