We currently have a need for Customer Service Representatives in the Charlotte, N.C. & Rock Hill S.C. areas. Competitive wages & benefits, as well as a performance incentive plan.

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information, explaining the inspection process, and collecting signed work orders prior to any repairs or servicing is done.
  • Proactively communicate with customers throughout their visits to the center and keeping them informed, as issues with their vehicle arise.
  • Receiving payment, communicating Meineke financing options for service provided.
  • Following up on any customer issues or complaints; ensuring they are resolved.
  • Managing daily customer callback process to ensure appointments are set.

Qualifications / Skills

1+ years of experience with Point of Sales (POS) system as a cashier or in customer service.

Experience working with point-of-sale software or Windows software.

Excellent people and phone skills. High School diploma or G.E.D.
