Our ever-growing Applied Behavior Analysis Program has several Part-Time positions for ABA Therapists to support Rocky Mount and the surrounding area.

Specific staff needed: (Part-Time Mon-Fri let us know the hours you are available. Must have flexibility to accommodate parent schedule if needed)

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with clients between the ages of 3-20 years old in their homes, community, and/or in our clinics. Under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you will learn how to effectively teach individuals how to communicate, play, take care of themselves, and interact with others. This position requires strong play skills, creativity, attention to detail, appreciation for small successes, the ability to multitask, and a passion for bringing out the best in others. Receive all necessary on-the-job training to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and ongoing mentorship to ensure continuous growth in this position. Positions start as part-time with opportunities for full-time after demonstrating proficiency in the position and alignment with the agency's core culture and values.
