Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leverage in-depth understanding of Human Resources (HR) business operations data, administration-related challenges, and strong analytical and presentation skills, to develop and deliver data-driven strategic tools and processes that address workforce challenges across the organization
  • Utilize functional and business expertise, and consult with Business and Finance leaders and others, across the company to deliver critical workforce insights and customized and strategic workforce planning solutions based on those insights. Also gain cross-functional alignment on their execution and adoption.
  • Use data manipulation, merger, management software, data visualization tools, statistical functions in Excel, and advanced statistical techniques in multivariate analysis, like linear regression, logistic regression and decision trees to generate workforce insights
  • Create and present findings, and recommendations for new systems, procedures, or organization changes based on insights, to Senior Leadership Teams
  • Build rigorous analytical frameworks and measurement tools to track results of implemented workforce changes. Drive standard interpretation, output, and use of workforce data (one version of people truth) across the global organization
  • Support HR data and reporting governance processes and ensure governance standards are followed.
  • Contribute to the delivery of dashboards or infographics to reduce ad hoc reporting needs, and help define requirements for Human Capital Management reporting functionality
  • Supervise a team of three (3) or more HR Business Operations Analysts
  • Some travel (less than 10%) may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. May telecommute from home on occasion.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or two years of work experience in a related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience designing and implementing global, corporate Information Systems
  • 2 years of experience leading global teams, and with stakeholder management
  • 2 years of Service/Operational delivery experience, and experience in a strategy operation or in a consulting client facing role
  • 2 years of experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a constantly evolving environment
  • 1 year of experience performing data analytics, including working with statistical and analytics functions, and advanced Microsoft Excel execution, including writing VBA codes
  • 1 year of experience utilizing advanced statistical techniques, including logistic regression and decision trees, and data visualization, to interpret large data sets, and deliver meaningful insights. Experience may be gained concurrently
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable
