Practice: Investment Funds (primarily Venture Capital Funds)

QualificationsThe Investment Funds practice group is seeking a highly qualified associate with at least 3 years of experience in venture capital and/or private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters. This position would primarily involve working with funds in the venture capital space, however the practice group generally acts as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes, as well as sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations and regulatory and compliance matters. A record of high academic achievement and law firm experience is preferred.
