Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage Vendor Related Projects in collaboration with project directors
- Document business requirements, monitor project budgets, maintain invoices, respond to contract questions
  • Develop, update, and maintain business process, procedures, documents, process flows to meet quality objectives and standards
Business Continuity Plan management
  • Emergency management communications to UCS Teams
  • Plan and Process document management
  • EMT meetings
  • Yearly plan updates and plan management
  • Manage cross-functional clinical or business projects in collaboration with project directors
- Monitor project budgets, maintain invoices, maintain cost plans
  • Implement adjustments to project plans
  • Ensure project deliverables remain on track
  • Analyze project outcomes and make recommendations to improve outcomes going forward
  • Develop, update, and maintain business process, procedures, documents, process flows to meet quality objectives and standards
  • Manage, lead business segment liaison projects and resolve related issues for Business Standardization and Advancement Team of up to 250 people by providing:
- Technical support and asset management
  • Employee Onboarding and ongoing support
  • Real Estate Services
  • Telecommuter Management
  • Training
  • Transition Management, and
  • Termination Management
  • Manage, lead NCQA Business Support projects and resolves related issues including:
- Management of NCQA Survey Tools and Processes
  • NCQA Survey Tool Invoice and Payment Process
  • Provide general business support to Business Standardization & Advancement Teams through SharePoint management, meeting management, invoice management, and other general administrative support

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Experience training and onboarding others
  • Experience monitoring budgets, maintaining and paying invoices
  • Experience developing and maintain department processes and procedures
  • General understanding of project management with basic experience managing projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $36.88.
