We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our personal injury law firm! You will represent clients with injury claims, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Call clients, insurance adjusters, attorneys regarding injury claim
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on personal injury claims
• Negotiate settlements for clients
• File lawsuits and respond to discovery requests
• Prepare clients for depositions, take defendant depositions, attend mediations
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law and to personal injury claims

??Qualifications:

• Looking for bilingual spanish/english speaking GA bar attorney
• Florida bar a plus but not necessary
• Previous experience in law is preferred but not necessary for the position
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
