Responsibilities The Assistant Nurse Manager / ANM RN ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, JCAHO and the Nurse Practice Act. The Assistant Nurse Manager / ANM RN promotes optimum health care delivery within budgetary guidelines. Is responsible for department(s) on a 24 hour basis. Experience Certifications Candidates in unit have priority based on unit seniority

Qualifications:
Education
Required: Academic degree in nursing
Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree
Required: 2-3 yrs RN experience in Medical/Surgical
