The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the general leadership of a single Store. In partnership with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager works to achieve sales, profitability, Guest satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation and talent development goals in order to maximize the results of the store. Through personal selling, the Assistant Store Manager will also model and champion a service and selling environment that promotes the development of life-time relationships with Guests. ?
