We are in search of an energetic, motivated, results-driven management team members to fill Assistant Manager positions in our downtown Chambersburg location at 408 E. Queen St.! You’ll need some skills- This job requires the ability to multitask, make quick judgment calls, understand basic math, and most importantly- a personable, can-do attitude! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -Assist the GM in training and maintaining a performance-driven team -Provide and train excellent customer service -Enforce all Domino's standards -Execute and train excellent customer service skills -Control key operational costs, including (but not limited to) food, labor, cash shortages -Maintain a people-first environment -Maintain the cleanliness of the facility -Participate in sales building opportunities -Identify operational deficiencies and develop effective solutions -Excel in the areas of service times -Completion of nightly paperwork/inventory -Additional responsibilities as requested by the supervisors/owner/office If you a born leader and are looking for a job where you can quickly advance- we would love for you to join our team!
