A Denver-based hospitality group is seeking experienced, energetic, and proactive Assistant General Managers to join their team. The concept is a chef-driven kitchen. Must be passionate about steps of service, training & development, and quality food & beverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong training background, experience running a full-service concept, and a genuine love of guest interaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three years experience in a full service, systems-based restaurant
• High energy, detail-oriented and ambitious
• Service training pro
• Ability to deliver operational excellence
• Team-building skills
• Honesty, integrity, and guest-oriented philosophy
• Passion for quality and excellence in food, atmosphere, and service
