Overview: We are seeking agile professionals located in Chantilly, VA to train and guide systems engineering teams as they adopt Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the ground enterprise.Responsibilities:- Candidates will act as Agile coaches supporting government acquisition offices to organize software engineering solutions into Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Coaches will support Increment Planning Events.
- Coaches will aid in the creation of roadmaps, epics, features and user stories in support of mission engineering efforts.
- Coaches will assist in maintaining these products within government provided software, to include the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Qualifications:- TS/SCI with Poly required
- BS Degree or equivalent training and experience. Master's degree preferred with advanced training in IT Systems and/or senior IT consulting.
- Agile Certification
- Ability to supporting government acquisition offices to organize software engineering solutions into Agile Release Trains (ARTs)Must have 10 years’ experience with IT systems, systems integration, and/or IT consulting.
- Experience in working closely with Agile development teams.
- Experience with Agile framework methodologies.
- Understanding of the IC, IC ITE, DoD, and DIA IT frameworks and architectures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership.
Desired:- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience with Atlassian tools, JIRA and collaboration tools like Confluence Wiki
