We are seeking a passionate,service-oriented, positive and hard-working individual with a passion for kids sports and an excitement for our brand. We are looking for an organized,efficient, forward-thinking problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 4 PM to 8:30 PM

Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM

Responsibilities

  • Welcome everyone who walks through the door and answer phone
  • Sign people in/out of class, answer member account questions
  • Provide membership information and options to prospective members
  • Member/client account transactions and updates
  • Update and monitor social media accounts
  • Create social media content, including researching fitness topics
  • Curate real-time content and responses for social media clients
  • Assist in conducting outreach and garnering partnership opportunities
  • Assist in email newsletters, marketing and campaigns
  • Follow front desk and studio cleaning and reset check list
  • General administrative assistance and support
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Microsoft office, google doc and computer skills preferred
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email

  • Solid writing and grammar skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
