ACS System Architect

Dish Technologies, in Englewood CO, has an opening for an experienced Auto Configuration Server (ACS) Systems Architect who will be part of a team that will architect the next generation of Dish Network products that go into a consumer’s home. It’s an exciting time because Dish will be deploying a 5G network in the next several years that will include 5G, fixed wireless, satellite, and internet products with cutting edge technologies used for whole home audio/video entertainment solutions, internet services, 5G services and other connected devices.Responsibilities Include:

• 
  Part of a team that leads the effort defining and architecting a world class in-home eco-system for Dish Network’s next generation of products and systems that includes Dish Network’s new 5G and fixed wireless technology.
• Responsible for architecting and testing TR-069/TR-369 ACS based ecosystem from concept to deployment.
• Responsible for maintaining architectural diagrams and policy interaction flows within the ACS ecosystem
• Responsible for developing ACS standard requirements for ACS server and clients focusing on security and standard objects
• Will interact with northbound system teams providing insights and recommendations for API development
• Will participate in RFP’s as the subject matter expert for TR-069/TR-369
• Will participate in the Broadband Forum contributing to working groups on behalf of DISH Network

A successful ACS System Architect will have the following:

• 
  Experience implementing and/or maintaining TR-069/TR-369 based ACS ecosystems
• BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant Technical field with 5+ years of system architecture and technical architect experience.
• Experience TR-069 testing with CDRouter
• Expert knowledge of in-home networking and consumer electronic devices.
• Expert knowledge of implementing and maintaining cloud services
• Good working knowledge of embedded software and network protocols
• Ability to do quantitative analysis to specify and determine network performance
• Ability to block diagram and analyze technical architectural concepts
